On January 25, 2024, PK-BVK took off from Sentani at 6:17 LC bound for Eleim. Despite the light rain in Eleim, the weather conditions were reported to be within visual meteorological conditions (VMC). Subsequently, the aircraft departed from Elelim to Welarek. Upon landing at Weralek, the plane experienced a slight slip and ended up stuck in a ditch runway. there were no injuries reported among the passengers or crew members
