The following measures have been adopted to improve the operator'soversight: a. To establish a new training program for training of inspectors, adapted to the competency based training recommended by ICAO. It isforecasted to be implemented along 2020;b. To incorporate periodic workshops and continuously coaching programcommanded by external experts in PEL, AIR and OPS domains to shareexperiences and lesson learned to Improve the performance during the Inspections. Two Workshops conducted In 2019, at least 6 scheduled in2020;c. DGCA implemented program Resolution of Safety Issue including LawEnforcement to improve aircraft personnel/operator safety awarenessand compliance with applicable CASR;d. DGCA has defined as priority the implementation of QMS in the DAAOorganization. For long term (more than one year), it should improve allthe processes; certification, oversight, etc.
