AirNav Indonesia had amended ATS SOP to include conditional clearance requirement described in the AC170-02 and the ICAO Document 9432, and had conducted safety briefing to all air traffic controllers regarding the ATS SOP amendment of the conditional clearance requirement, refreshed the readback requirement contained in the ATS SOP and refreshed the coordination procedure contained in the ATS operation
