The DGCA with the AirNav Indonesia and aircraft operator had drafted departure and arrival route guidance for several airport at Papua included Oksibil. The draft of arrival route guidance for runway 11 described that the pilot instructed to use right traffic circuit of runway 11 or as instructed by the air traffic controller.
