Ensure standard loading and unloading practices at each port/terminal for loading and unloading activities of solid bulk cargoes, especially those serving foreign vessels, are under the provisions of IMO Resolution A.862(20) concerning Code Of Practice For The Safe Loading And Unloading Of Bulk Carriers or BLU Code and IMO MSC Circular 1160 Manual on loading and unloading of solid bulk cargoes for terminal representatives.
