To revise the procedure of towing service by considering: a. the details of the coordination amongst the Pilot and tug boats’ crew; b. the berthing method and turning point; c.the contingency planand emergency situations; d.the use of a single language (marine English); e.the safe speed of assisted vessel associated with the type, size and minimum navigable speed in the prevailing condition.
