DGCA conducted SMS assessment to ensure the effectiveness of operatorSMS implementation:a. In 2019, DGCA started the surveillance of SMS implementation inoperators. This should help improve the effectiveness of SMS inoperators, which in turn should impact the level of compliance withstandard procedures;b. In 2018-2019, DGCA sent 3 (three) inspectors for specialy studyprogram master SMS in ENAC, French.
