The KNKT recommend the DGCA to review the implementation of Safety Management System including hazard reporting system by aircraft operator in regards to be able identifying operational safety issue.

DGCA conducted SMS assessment to ensure the effectiveness of operatorSMS implementation:a. In 2019, DGCA started the surveillance of SMS implementation inoperators. This should help improve the effectiveness of SMS inoperators, which in turn should impact the level of compliance withstandard procedures;b. In 2018-2019, DGCA sent 3 (three) inspectors for specialy studyprogram master SMS in ENAC, French.
