Isi rekomendasi
The National Transportation Safety Committee recommends that PT. Merpati Nusantara should review its technical and operational safety requirements to ensure they are implemented. This should include: -an extensive review of mandatory operational documentation and associated crew training; and -an extensive review of the operational implementation of the Actual Landing Distance policy and procedures, and associated training.
