Carpediem Air reminded the safety department to implement hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) for specific route of flight operation as requires by the Safety Management System Manual (SMSM). On 7 February 2023, the Carpediem Air performed HIRA for Bell 206 helicopter operation to landing site Mining 1, Kawe, Papua.
