The levels and methods of communication agreed in the Ship/Shore safety checklist for loading or unloading dry bulk cargo carriers can be applied to shore workers working on board ships. b. Use of crew work clothing that has high visibility or reflectors for night operations. c. Deck lights relevant to cargo operations are functional and not obstructed. d. Additional safety measures to any person entering the crane work
