The Angkasa Pura I Branch Office Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport conducted safety meeting with all aircraft operator and ground handling service provider to remind for following the available lines during pushback operation. The Angkasa Pura I issued safety notice to all branch offices which highlighted the safety issue of pushback maneuver without following the available guidance lines, and blocked CCTV view to the parking stand that might make AMC officer was unable to notice pushback maneuvers that were conducted deviate from the guideline. The safety notice also instructed the branch offices to mitigate those highlighted safety issues, included several actions as follows: 1. Ensuring the readiness and reliability of the apron, guidance lines, CCTV and airside lightings; and 2. Improving the surveillance of the aircraft movement, including pushback, towing and taxi operation.
