On 5 August 2017, issued notice to pilot number 44/NTP/OMIW/VIII/2017 which contained the following instruction:? Always (whenever possible) depart from the end of departure runways. Always avoid (whenever possible) depart from intersections.? Always make a good look-around prior to entering or crossing runways.? Always make a good listening, good understanding and good monitoring to ATC instructions.
