KNKT recommends the DGCA to review the standard requirement of TAWS in the CASR Part 135 or another requirement standard published by the DGCA to include the detail requirement of the TAWS.

DGCA had reviewed the standard requirement of TAWS in the CASR Part 135 and did not consider revising the existing requirement. However, the DGCA issued a circular distributed to all inspectors which contained guidance to access the FAA TSO. The guidance also had been socialized to the DGCA inspectors.
