The BP3B issued notice to flight instructor and student pilots which contained reminder:- to maintain listening watch on the designated ATC frequencies;- to comply with ATC clearance including assigned altitude, heading or sequence of traffic; and- to follow right of way rules as stated on the Training Procedure Manual.
