   PT. Pelita Iar Service issued Flight Safety Alert and conducted Safety Stand Down related to the event and the parties issued Safety instruction and Notice To Pilot including but not limited to emphasize about syabilized approach criteria and do not hesitate to go around if it has not been met. Furthermore to establish monitoring system for the implementation of stabilized approach procedure, PT. Pelita Air Service has reviewed, revised and conduct the SOP of Flight Data Analisys (FDA). The flight-data is routinely analysed for safety related events or trends, the causes of those problems are identified and corected as required in all areas of flight operations.
