Regarding this recommendation, the U-Ming Marine Transport Corporation has initiated severalsafety actions, specifically issued a circular letter regarding the lessons learnt to the internalemployees and crew members, posted a warning sign on the window of crane and revised someprocedures related to the crane operations.
