'In 2020, Garuda Indonesia published Human Factors Bulletin for all pilot which included a reminder to create an effective working climate by communicate, cooperative, coordinative and contributive. In 2021, Garuda Indonesia conducted CRM recurrent training that highlighted verbal intervention as useful method to prevent incident or accident. The recurrent training also reminded pilot to use the PACE (probing, alerting, challenging and emergency warning) intervention as required in the OM-Part A.
