KNKT recommends to ensure air traffic controller to listen to the read-back in order to ascertain that the clearance or instruction has been correctly acknowledged by the pilot and shall take immediate action to correct any discrepancies revealed by the read back.

AirNav Indonesia had conducted safety briefing to all air traffic controllers regarding the ATS SOP amendment of the conditional clearance requirement, refreshed the readback requirement contained in the ATS SOP and refreshed the coordination procedure contained in the ATS operation agreement with the Airport Runway and Accessibility unit especially the coordination to mitigate hazard on runway
