In the letter to KNKT number R.16.500.11/2864/K.Moda/DISHUB at 7 Juli 2026 it is mentioned that The Bali Provincial Government, through the relevant government agencies, will strengthen the implementation of the Task Force for the Regulation, Public Awareness, and Law Enforcement of Kites, Unmanned Balloons, Lasers, and Other Airborne Objects within the Aviation Operational Safety Area by improving inter-agency coordination, field monitoring, public outreach and education, rapid reporting, and enforcement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In parallel, it will coordinate with the Bali Provincial Council of Traditional Villages (Majelis Desa Adat Provinsi Bali), regency and municipal governments, traditional villages (desa adat), banjar, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen the provisions of the awig-awig and/or pararem of traditional villages, particularly in areas where kite-flying and other airborne-object activities may pose a risk to aviation safety.
