1) Pilot Needs to Fly understand his pre flight action and make his decision. 2) Risk of using ynqualifed personnel information abaout weather and runway conditions is very high and has lead to 2 accidents recently. The dificulty to have trained personnel in each destination especially in the interiors of Papua is understandable but can no longer be used as an excuse due to the huge losses incurred by the company. 3) Recommend for every route operated by Tariku needs to have one trained personnel providing reliable source of information for weather and surface conditions.
