Kronologi & deskripsi kejadian
During approach for landing, the helicopter entered nose down attitude. Just before touching the ground, the pilot recovered to level the helicopter and landed on the grass about 30 meters from the intended landing point. No one was injured and the landing gear cross tube was found yielding beyond serviceable limit.
