The National Transportation Safety Committee issued several safety recommendations to DGCA to review the DGCA’s quality system in controlling the operator: In conduct pilot training and In monitor pilots duty to ensure acceptable fatigue level.

The investigation had examined the safety actions issued by the operator and considered relevant, however, the NTSC recommends that the safety actions should be systematic and focused to overcome safety issues as describe in chapter 2 of this report and oversight periodically by the Safety Department.
