Kronologi & deskripsi kejadian

At 0737 LT, the aircraft departed from Melawi for Kubu Raya. At 0839 LT, an emergency signal from the aircraft was detected by the National Search and Rescue Agency satellite in a forested area approximately 150 km (80 Nm) east of Pontianak. At 0915 LT, the aircraft was declared missing after loss of contact. The pilot’s last communication was with the operator’s dispatcher, with no communication established with air traffic services along the flight. At 1043 LT, air traffic service provider issued an official emergency notification (DETRESFA) to the search and rescue authorities.
