The aircraft conducted an unscheduled flight from Kegata to Nabire. During take off-roll the pilot reported a lost power and then made an aborted take-off. The aircraft veered to the left and excursed from the runway. The aircraft exhibited damage and some of the propeller blade was deformed which was suspected due to a stroke with the ground.
