The aircraft departed Moses Kilangin Airport and cruised at 13.000 feet. The flight was uneventful until commenced approach. During approach the aircraft was configured flaps for landing and at 8,500 ft joined final course Runway 25 Ilaga Airport. The aircraft touched down and the pilot engaged power reverse before braking. During braking, the pilot felt the right brake lacked pressure, causing the aircraft to slowly veer to the left onto the grass beside the runway. The pilot shut down the engine and initiated the evacuation of passengers and crew. The aircraft was substantially damage
