Komala Indonesia developed SMS Manual which requires safety department with other related department to conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) in every perceived safety concern, including aircraft procurement process. The implementation of the procedure indicated that the HIRA had been conducted during their aircraft procurement process.
