Refer to analysis chapter 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of this report, the KNKT recommends that DGCA should oversight the implementation of recommendation addressed to the air operator, to ensure the effectiveness ofthe operators safety improvement and to facilitate the recommendation addressed to airport operator.
