Sriwijaya air has improve retrievel rate of flight data analysis program up to average 70% by:-Issue request engineering action (REA) form to Engineering departement if flight data not recorded in PCMCIA card;-Engineering Departmenet Issue a work order to rectivy problem find by flight data analys in Flight Data Recording System;-Sriwijaya air retrieve PCMCIA card from aircraft every 3 day by issuing work order to engineer;-Sriwijaya air collaborating with boeing and IATA to perform flight data analysis program and mitigate operational deficiency
