To ensure the implementation of Appendix 1 subpart 4.11 and 4.12 are implemented by the Aerodrome Certificate Holder. As additional information similar Runway Incursion occurrence caused of broken of Airport perimeter breach and resulting accident at: -Mopah Airport Merauke on 28 January 2008, -Budiarto Airport, Curug on 19 April 2010, and -Supadio Airport, Pontianak on 22 November 2012 In respect to these Runway Incursion occurrences, the oversight of the implementation such subparts should be extended to the other Airports
