The Flight Instructor Guidance and Standard Operating Procedures manual of the flying school, did not contain any guidance for the instructor pilot responsibility to the checklist execution performed by the student pilot. This might lead to the instructor pilot unaware to the completion of the checklist items.

Operator menyatakan telah memperbarui Flight Instructor Guide bahwa responsibility instructor untuk memastikan apakah student dapat melakukan learning process dengan benar dilakukan dengan cara Tell and Doing (FI Guide ch 1.4.2).Setiap exercise yang dilakukan oleh student akan ditunjukkan oleh instructor sebelum student dilepas untuk melakukan exercise termasuk pembacaan checklist.
