DGCA understands that in revising a Minister of Transportation Regulation, in this case CASR 135, harmonization is needed with other Laws and Regulations. In the process of revising CASR 135 several related laws and regulations emerged, namely:a. Law number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation;b. Government Regulation (PP) number 5 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing;c. PP 32 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Aviation Sector; andd. Minister of Transportation Regulation (PM) number 33 of 2022 concerning Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Section 119 concerning Aircraft Operation Certification for Air Transportation Activities.Currently the revision of CASR 135 which contains the provisions for CFIT and ALAR training is in the process of harmonization with the Laws and Regulations mentioned above.
