In the preliminary report of this investigation, KNKT issued recommendation related to standard call out on final. In addition, investigation identified two change over control of the flight at critical phase of flight without clear statements. This condition may also extend to the other instructors within the company. Therefore, KNKT recommends to review the policy of change over control at critical altitude.

Policy of change over control at critical altitude had been reviewed.Flight operation notices which highlighted the safety issue identified by the investigation team was issued. The reminder on the notices included that Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the manipulation of the flight control on the right moment in all phases, especially during critical phase as required in the Basic Operation Manual (BOM). The notice also reminded pilot regarding the standard call out in accordance with the BOM.
