The Indonesia regulation of fatigue management is described in the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 91. However, the regulation did not contain detail guideline to establish fatigue risk management.Therefore, KNKT recommends the DGCA to review the regulation for fatigue risk management.

The DGCA had reviewed the regulation of fatigue risk management and drafted advisory circular which included details guidance to implement fatigue risk management system for aircraft operator.
