1. Publish Notice to Flight Crew no. 021/15 date 6 June 2015 regarding “Situational awareness during approach and landing”, such as during if there is any runway changes, current weather condition, and if there is any doubt, or the approach is not stabilized, or the visibility drops rapidly to below minima, Flight Crew do not hesitate to make a go around and/or rejected landing. 2. Publish Notice to Flight Crew no. 036/15 date 5 October 2015 regarding “Recommendation for landing RWY13 and 31 Sultan Hasanudin Airport/ WAAA” in order to strictly follow the stabilized approach criteria and if the criteria does not meet, make go around. In this notice, also stated that during moderate and heavy rain, the landing on RWY13 and 31 UPG is strongly not recommended due to braking action is poor.
